Located in New York City’s storied East Village, Papilles is a purveyor of fine French dining helmed by Chef Andrea Calstier, and just introduced their new Winter tasting menu. The menu is available for the reopening of indoor dining at the restaurant beginning February 18th
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday with two seatings per night. The first one at 5:45pm, second one at 8:30pm.
The restaurant will have to be closed at 11pm following NYS guideline, therefore each seating will be allowed 2h30mn for dining.

The staff also notes the following in their tasting menu notice:
The safety of our guests and staff members remains our top priority at this time. The dining room has been re-organised to allow for social distancing and the capacity restriction of 25% will be respected.
Staff members will be wearing face covering at all times and we ask our guests to do the same, excepted when seated at their table.
Temperature checks will be mandatory for staff members and guests alike and we will collect data from every party for contact tracing needs.
