A Spring Soirée with Jean-Georges at NYC’s Chilean-Inspired The Fulton on May 10th
On May 10th, Chef Jean-Georges will be hosting an exclusive event celebrating the change in the seasons at NYC’s waterside restaurant The Fulton.
Enjoy a four-course dinner, featuring The Fulton’s signature and seasonal dishes, served family-style.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet and engage with Chef Jean-Georges, as well as enjoy seafood-forward dishes, crisp wines and also take in the breathtaking views at The Fulton.
You can purchase tickets to the event here, but note that tickets to the event are limited so book fast!
The restaurant is charming, and guests will find hand-painted murals by artists Diego Castaño and Chandler Noah envelop the walls of the restaurant’s main dining floor. Entitled “South of Cape Horn” and inspired by Jules Verne’s Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, the work tells the story of explorers who, in search of an allegedly seen sea monster, embark on a serendipitous journey.
